Terms of Use

The Sparrow Cuisine Portal is owned and operated by Sparrow Cuisine, a brand of Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group. The Portal is provided to authorized clients and users to place, coordinate, manage, and communicate regarding aviation catering orders.
 
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Authorized Use

The Portal is intended for legitimate business purposes related to Sparrow Cuisine catering services. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and using the Portal only for authorized purposes.
 
You may not use the Portal to:
 
Create fake, fraudulent, or unauthorized accounts;
 
Submit false or misleading information or orders;
 
Access another user's account without authorization;
 
Interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal; or
 
Use the Portal for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Users must promptly notify Sparrow Cuisine of any suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
 
Sparrow Cuisine may require account verification or additional information at any time.

Catering Orders

The Portal is used to submit and manage catering orders. Users are responsible for providing accurate flight, delivery, order, dietary, contact, and other information necessary to fulfill an order.
 
An order is not considered confirmed until accepted or confirmed by Sparrow Cuisine. Availability, pricing, delivery times, delivery locations, substitutions, and other order details may be subject to change.

Payments

Clients are responsible for paying all applicable charges in accordance with agreed payment terms.
 
Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension of Portal access, cancellation or suspension of orders, or termination of the user's account.

Communications

The Portal may be used to communicate with Sparrow Cuisine regarding catering orders. Users are responsible for monitoring order-related communications and maintaining accurate contact information.

Suspension and Termination

Sparrow Cuisine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's Portal access at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, failure to pay, creation of a fake or fraudulent account, unauthorized use, misuse of the Portal, violation of these Terms, or conduct that presents a security, legal, financial, or operational risk.
 
Termination of Portal access does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or other obligations incurred before termination.

Intellectual Property

The Portal, including its software, design, content, branding, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sparrow Cuisine, Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group, or their respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit Portal materials without authorization.

Privacy

Use of the Portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through the portal may be collected, used, and protected.

Disclaimer and Liability

The portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Sparrow Cuisine makes reasonable efforts to maintain the Portal, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparrow Cuisine, Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Portal.

Changes and Governing Law

Sparrow Cuisine may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
 
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
